Our latest offerings, the Direct Drive units, span from 50kNm to 120kNm. What sets them apart from other torque drive units utilized in helical piling is their absence of gearing. This unique design ensures there’s no loss of output, delivering unparalleled efficiency. These drives boast a hydraulic energy transmission system with a convenient 2-speed function, allowing for seamless adjustment on the fly without interrupting operations. By eliminating gearing, the risk of mechanical failure is significantly reduced, resulting in our drives achieving an impressive 97% mechanical efficiency compared to the 80% typical of traditional planetary drives.

Our drives are primarily used on tracked excavators ranging from 13 tonnes up to 30 tonnes. However, we also offer smaller drives suitable for use with compact 5 to 8-tonne excavators, ideal for sites with restricted access.
