Nic has been in the Foundation Tooling business since he left school at 17. Over the last 40 years he has run manufacturing companies in the UK, Australia, USA, Dubai and Singapore.
Previously he was Executive Vice President and shareholder of Pengo Corporation, the US based Drilling Tool manufacturer. He also founded and ran Universal Augers Ltd before it merged with PRO-DIG in 2013. PRO-DIG Europe is now one of the leading European manufacturers of Foundation Drilling Tools and supplies many of the major Piling and Construction Companies in the UK & Europe from its 50,000 Sq Ft Facility in Cambridgeshire, England.
When not working Nic enjoys spending weekends away with his family and friends on the beautiful Norfolk coast. He and his family like to ski in the winter and walk in the summer, doing their best to stay fit and healthy despite hectic working lives.
Debbie has been an integral part of the BPS team for over 30 years. As the Commercial Manager, she plays a vital role in purchasing and supply chain management, providing support and oversight to the Managing Director and Operations Director as needed..
Debbie's diverse professional background includes roles at local solicitors and an accounting firm. Additionally, she has valuable experience in a production capacity, having worked for a well-known HiFi company.
In her spare time, Debbie finds fulfillment in various activities, including spending time with family and friends, walking, running, going to the gym, practicing yoga, engaging in art, and traveling. She has also pursued her interest in counseling and psychotherapy, holding a Level 2 certification in the field.
Alex joined Brooker Piling Solutions (BPS) in August 2022, initially joined BPS as Finance Manager before taking on the role of Operations Director in July 2023. Although Alex has only been with us full time since 2022, he has benefitted from growing up with the business.
Previously working in finance since 2016 and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2019. Alex has enjoyed working as an auditor servicing the Cambridgeshire corporate and not for profit market before working for Associated British Foods in their Bakery & Ingredients businesses.
Outside of work Alex is a passionate Peterborough United supporter following them home and away most week with his wife Lottie and brother Henry.
Stephen's formative years were shaped on a farm, igniting his passion for engineering. He embarked on his career in agricultural engineering, where he gained valuable experience before transitioning to more specialised roles, focusing on the development of prototype equipment.
In 1997, Stephen commenced his career with Nic Brooker at Pengo Europe. Over the past 27 years, he has played a pivotal role in guiding the company's evolution in auger manufacturing.
Outside of work, Stephen finds joy in spending quality time with his family. Additionally, he indulges in his hobbies of maintaining his various fish aquariums and gardening.
Lisa has held various roles within the Construction, Demolition and Education Sectors over the last 30 years gaining a diverse knowledge of administrative processes and procedures, human resources, health and safety and implementation of sector specific frameworks and standards.
In her spare time Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and reading.
Henry joined Brooker Piling Solutions (BPS) in July 2021 as the Materials Production Controller, specialising in implementing our current MRP Manufacturing software. He holds an undergraduate degree in International Business Management and a Masters in Governance, both from the University of Lincoln.
Outside of work, Henry is an avid supporter of Peterborough United, following the team both home and away. Additionally, he is passionate about American Football, having played for four years during his time at university.
