Brooker Piling Solutions takes pride in operating from a 50,000 Sq. Ft state-of-the-art facility located in South Cambridgeshire. Our products are meticulously designed and manufactured with exceptional attention to detail by a highly-skilled team of experts. Our Foundation Drilling Tools and helical piles are fabricated using only the most advanced cutting, pressing, and welding machines, ensuring that our customers receive top-quality products that are built to last. Manufacture

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility boasts an impressive array of cutting-edge machinery for the production of Foundation Drilling Tools and Helical Piles. Our commitment to quality is second to none and our fully automated, quality-controlled production line ensures that our customers receive the highest quality products in a time-efficient manner, without any compromise in quality.

The facility has:

A 8m x 4m CNC-Controlled Plasma Profiling Machine which can cut up to 50mm plate
3 x Helical Presses which can press from 25mm up to 1200mm diameter and 40mm thick from cold steel
A new special CNC-Controlled Hydraulic Press designed to produce True Form flight segments used in Helical Piles
3 x CNC Tube Cutting Machines capable of cutting up to 500mm diameter
2 x CNC Milling Machines
3 x CNC Lathes
3 x CNC Slotting Machines that can handle Steel Billet up to 500 Kilos in weight
9 x Welding Bays
A 7m x 5m Spray Booth
A fully automated helical pile production line to increase production capacity and efficiency will go on line in the Autumn
